Dr Wheeler is a board certified Neurologist with fellowship training in Epilepsy and
additional certification in Clinical Neurophysiology. He is the director of the Wyoming
Epilepsy Center and is extensively involved in education and outreach for epilepsy care
across the state.
In addition Dr Wheeler directs the Primary Stroke center at Wyoming Medical Center. He has taken a number of local, regional and national leadership roles for the development of stroke systems of care including telemedicine initiatives.
